Lee Price is a talented photographer and a finalist in a photo competition that is about to send him on a journey to create and exhibit his dream photography project.
Having previously created some very interesting works on male gay life (see www.lee-price-photography.com) he has chosen to travel to Uganda to document hostility towards the LGBT community and explore the reasons behind it. Here he will be meeting up with gay people to hear their stories; he’s even hoping to photograph imprisoned homosexuals as well as those who preach hate and prevent progress. Brave stuff.
In order to be able to complete the project, Lee needs £3000 and so he has set up a crowdfunding campaign to raise funds to help with the costs of the project in Uganda. In return for pledges, he is offering prints from the work, as well as copies of the book.
