Being inclusive means more than just obeying the law. Failure to take positive action for LGBT people can harm a company’s workforce, its reputation and growth.
This week The Guardian asked me to make a list of tips for businesses wanting to be more inclusive towards LGBT people. What started out as suggestion of ten soon became twenty and you can read the entire list here.
